-Please ensure you have completed our medical questionnaire before your booking, by not doing so could lead to a cancellation of appointment.
A non-refundable deposit of £30 will be required to book our services and secure the slot and pay the rest upon arrival. however, appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.
We ask that you are no longer than 10 minutes late. We will try our best to see you – however this can result in a loss of your appointment and deposit.
-For infection control reasons, we ask all of our clients to ensure they have had a shower on the day of their appointment.
