Your appointments are very important to us and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Since our services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if less than 48 hours’ notice is given, which will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us time to inform our clients on our waiting list of any availability, thus better serving everyone. As a courtesy, you will receive an email or text to confirm your appointment two days prior to your appointment date.
